July 4th weekend (yes, I am 2 months late!)
At the Splash Park a few weeks ago with some of our best friends, enjoying the last miserably hot days of summer.
So now that fall is right around the corner, I figured I better get the blog caught up on our end of summer activities!
The princesses hanging out with Uncle John (and R2D2:)
We had a FABULOUS 4th of July down in Alabama with family. It was hot but fun!
The girls wanted to take a turn driving! I mean....this is so cute and scares the crap out of me at the same time! They are growing up TOO fast!
Taking a little pit stop to stretch our legs in AL.
Baron, Ben, Me, Allie & Anna having a picnic lunch.
Can you say Doritos lover?:)
Cheese!
Sugabear:)
Allie giving me the "pirate eye"
We got to visit with Brian's grandfather (Pa-Pa). He loves his great grand kids SO much....regardless of the fact that we're Auburn fans and he's an Alabama fan:) We love you Pa-Pa!
Allie, Baron, Alana, Benjamin, & Anna with silly faces!
We love our cousin Alana.
Wrestling around with daddy and Uncle Rusty.
The kids were sad to leave the next morning....they love seeing their grandmama!
WAR EAGLE!
My Handsome Ben
My Gorgeous Anna.
My Handsome Baron
My Gorgeous Allie.
My five most favorite people in the world!
Me and my babies.
We didn't do anything particularly spectacular while we were visiting, but it was just a nice time away. We ate great food, visited as much family as we could and played a lot with cousin Alana. Just being with family is good. I am so thankful for every member of both sides of our family. We love you all and wish we could see everyone a lot more often!
I have another post I'm finishing up this week to catch up on all the comings and goings:) I'm telling you....life is so busy and hectic! All the more reason for me to sit down and take the time to post pictures and memories. I don't want to forget anything:)
It's kind of strange that I'm just now getting this Independence Day weekend post up....on 9/11. A day that will never be forgotten. We prayed a lot today for the many brave heroes and families that lost their lives and loved ones on that day. We also pray for those that continue to defend our freedom! We are forever grateful!

Oh they are so beautiful! I can't believe how big they are getting. It seems like they just sprouted taller all of a sudden.
I have read your blog since you babies were born, just hard to believe how fast time has gone by and how big they have gotten, so independent! Thank you for keeping us posted, I enjoy reading about your beautiful family! A friend in East Texas, Pam.
